The Association is organized and deploys its activity on the basis of the following principles: freedom of association, legality, publicity and transparency, equality of rights of all members, free expression of opinion of all members and their access to any information about the activity, self-government and financial administration.

The association is free to choose its own activities, forms and methods of work and to establish internal structure of the organization. The interference of the public authorities in the activity of the Association and the interference of the Association in the activity of the public authorities is prohibited.

The Association promotes in its activity the civic national values and interests, democracy and rule of law, partnership, open competition and respects the ethical rules of non-commercial sector.

The Association’s activity has a transparent character and the access to information regarding its activity is made in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force.
